Schedule Change at CC

We are excited to announce that the
Cardinal Center has been selected as the venue to host the 1st Annual SCTP Collegiate Nationals. The event is scheduled for Oct. 30- Nov. 1, 2015. Participants will be shooting sporting clays, 5-stand, skeet, and trap.

This shoot was scheduled originally for the World Shooting Center Complex located in Sparta, Illinois. It is also a non registered event, I'm told that skeet will be held at Black Wing so winners all around. To my knowledge this is the first shooting event to leave the ATA's home grounds. The boys at the CC have a short time to prepare for a big event. They've been told to expect between 500 and 1000 college shooters. Good luck, I think those kids will love the Columbus area in the fall. Brad

PS I wonder what the next event to flee sparta will be, maybe greentitan or his buddy hunter44 has some inside info to share. I wonder if this is part of the fantastic direction commentary we've been treated to lately. If the sctp is smart they'll start making plans today, summer is not that far off and dates at the CC are at a premium. A lot of activities around Columbus for the youngster too. Bye
