ATA HOF Chairman James Bradford to OSTA - Ludicrous - In Letter OSTA morality clause.

I received this letter supposedly authored by Mr James Bradford, whom is also an Ex ATA President. It is directed towards the OSTA regarding the removal of Ohio HOF Members.

My pals in the trenches tell me the OSTA President did not want this published or relayed to the directors. The letter appears real.

What a shame the OSTA President wouldn’t allow the OSTA Directors to receive this letter via the normal channels. Someone should have warned him that this would happen.

Just a note to Mr Bradford

This mysterious vote does not appear in the minutes. That is in contrast to the statements of Ex OSTA President Blair. All this started under his watch. He is quoted as saying he intends to be an ATA VP.

Another interesting co inky dink. Blair is still the Delegate for Ohio. If he is doing his job, why does James Bradford have to intercede?

Answer,,,,,he was the OSTA President and Delegate at the same time. A big conflict in my opinion.

The new OSTA President was under Blair. If reports are correct he did not want this letter given to the Directors, OH has some serious issues.

 

Don, After all the smoke that a few of the folks involved have blowed up our (ear channel) is it any suprise that they would allow anything other than their cancel culture agenda to come to the attention of all people involved? The alleged unanimous vote, the story that was so emotionally read from a unnamed boy and his unnamed father, the very subjective word salad by laws change that would be used retroactively, and not following the intent and guidelines as to what a HOF is meant to be.

When the sports HOF's started coming to be the language to be used was very carefully thought out and put in place to insure that after induction nothing would ever be changed That is why the words (forever) and (enshrined) were the cornerstone words used. What could be more permanent and absolute than these words?

My questions are is it a personal dislike, jealousy, lack of understanding trapshooting history, or just total disregard for the sanctity of our HOF? Please put the picture back to it's proper place, return the name to the State Shoot Program and let our beautiful Ohio HOF return to its proper status and intent. This is really not about just a person, it is about what a HOF is meant to be and please read Mr. Bradford's thoughts that were intended to be read by everyone involved.

I admire your bravery. There aren’t many that are willing to stand up and be counted. There wouldn’t be a woke world if there were more men like yourself. Fortunately we have a website that encourages this.

Some officers of the OSTA think they are bigger, brighter, and smarter than the founders of the OSTA HOF.

We haven’t removed anyone in PA yet. We are now reminded to be vigilant.

I hear there is a group that wants to remove those from the meetings that would stand with you. That shows their weakness. Fight on.

It is so sad as it seems that a few of our officials have almost total disregard for the truth and they have very little knowledge and understanding of our trapshooting history and they care very little if it is preserved for future generations of trapshooters to enjoy and learn from.

I was told by one that O J Simpson had been removed from the Football HOF. No he has not been removed and never will be and when I documented this they said well whatever and walked away. Another told me that Pete Rose had been removed from the Baseball HOF. I replied that he could not have been removed because he was never inducted. Their reply was that if he had been in they would have taken him out. Mr. Bradford was sent a email telling him that his letter would be forwarded to everyone involved, but this didn't happen and the offical didn't even have the common courtesy to inform him of this. I could go on but this just a couple of examples. I just don't understand why all of this B S and cancel culture has to undermine our great sport.

I would bet my right arm Bullet is from Middletown area. Ex OSTA President and his followers are from there. We don’t need them or their stupid morality.

More than 500 years ago a fellow named Christopher Columbus did some note worthy things. For centuries he has been celebrated in the USA and some other countries. The United States still has a federal holiday for his birthday. Yet the woke crowd demolishes his statues and wants him removed from the history books because of his unethical treatment of native peoples. They want a couple other fellows named Washington and Jefferson stricken from the history books too. I’ve even heard rumblings of removing Washington and Jefferson’s image from Mt. Rushmore to make room for former President Obama. You see, the woke crowd is 100% convinced of their own moral superiority and their God given right to tell the rest of us what is or isn’t acceptable. It’s the same crowd that insists a woman has the right to choose what happens to her body when getting an abortion while at the same time protesting that nobody should have the right to refuse a Covid vaccine. Once again proving that they know best and the rest of us should just sit quite and accept their wisdom. Who or what will be the next target of this self proclaimed erudite crowd? I’d just as soon learn all the actual facts and decide for myself what’s good and what’s bad.

The hall of fame selection committee brought his name forward, and the OSTA board brought him forward to induction. At the point of induction he became FOREVER INSHRINED and even removing his picture or anything else he will still be FOREVER INSHRINED even if a few political correct cancel culture people disagree.

Again if were going to keep ttt this I will play. Maybe I see this different because I did not know the man. But it is obvious that this man became unhinged long before that final day. What happens after induction into the H.O.F. has no influence on the inductee. HE WAS INDUCTED ON HIS ACCOMPLISHMENTS NOT ON HIS FUTURE HAPENINGS. The ignorant people that were in charge should be removed for their stupidity. ROGER C.

Frog I am quite confident of the abilities of the representatives for our zone. I'm quite sure that they do understand our English language so I can't understand why anyone would want to run against them.

All, Ok do nothing but talk.

 

Actually not honoring (Forever Enshrined) in our HOF structure is similar in meaning to believing that the (Bill of Rights)i is not a vital part to our United States constitution. The language of our HOF was purposely put there and it means exactly what it states.

I am a Ohio resident and a active trapshooter. Unfortunately had a run in at the cardinal center with a US Marshall and the bail bondsman who had his car shot up the day before by Randy. This is also a discussion forum and it keeps getting ttt so i gave my opnion.
