"The Czechoslovak Group (CSG), the global industrial-technology company owned by Czech entrepreneur Michal Strnad, has purchased the majority stake in the Italian, family-owned Armi Perazzi S.p.A., well-known as a manufacturer of high-quality shotguns for sport shooters and hunters."

Anytime there is a take over , there will be change and most of the time not good.

This happens many times when a business is left to the heirs. I doubt if this was a hostile take over. Roger C.

The heirs want to cash out, so they can enjoy their wealth. Not such a bad idea, with the way the world is moving. Roger C.

CSG purchased an 80% stake and the Perazzi family retained the remaining 20%. The family and their management are meant to continue running the operations as well.

That is sad indeed for the industry and for Italy too. Will become solely profit making rather than the passion and art put into the guns they made,

I am surprised there wasn't any Italian company or family to take over and had to sell out of country
