I'm wondering if I'm the only one not having received their November Trap & Field magazine yet. Has anyone got theirs yet?
December 5th and still no November issue. Tried calling them and no one is answering the phone. Figures the A.T.A takes over the magazine and it goes to s**t!!!
UPDATE: Received a very nice return message from Terry Heeg , she apologized for being so late with the magazine. The magazine she said is in the mail and she accepted full responsibility for it being so late. Sometimes things just happen , but at least they care that it is late. Very much appreciated the return call. So for those that haven't gotten theirs, it's supposed to be in the mail.
Thanks rennerize, still nothing here on the 13th either. If they were in the mail last week Wed ,as I was told., I should have gotten it by now.
Still haven't received my December issue as of Jan. 6th. I have been a subscriber for nearly fifty years and find this totally unacceptable, I cannot condone this by continuing to subscribe, this subscription will be my last! The November issue ( which I didn't receive until almost January) was the worst Grand issue I have ever seen.
Hallelujah..It came!! ( Not bad, only five week's late!) And now I see that to be in the completed careers there will be a $50 charge! Just another reason for me to never subscribe again! The justification is that other printed publications charge to publish obituaries so why not try and fleece us trapshooters for more money? Only problem is that the publications charging to print those obit's aren't membership owned. Poor old Joe Blow who has paid dues all these years as well as fee's to the ATA now has to pony up another $50 just to get his final recognition. How sad and petty!!! I hope others become just as disgusted as I am with the poor service and they lose a bunch of subscriber's!
MOE, they should elect honorable men to the B.O.D. and direct the E.C. as to how the organization is going to be run. They need a complete change in the top people that run the ATA. Remove them all and put in place guards to keep the power play from ever happening again. Roger C.
Why subscribe to T&F, especially if you live in a state where local clubs that shoot registered don't offer category points- I stopped subscribing when I moved Fl
