    Nothing wrong with using Zelle
I had asked him for another picture he
took one instantly of the bottom he has
the trigger! It was my suggestion that
we use Zelle. He just sent me a text saying
he would mail it by Friday so I guess it’s
wait and see if he’s credible.Until then I’ll
leave this thread open I hope he is!

If this goes south, you may be about to learn what's wrong with using Zelle

Sometimes people have unexpected circumstances come up and they can’t respond as quickly as people want.
And sometimes people hit the panic button WAY TOO QUICKLY

It’s easy to make a remark when it’s
    not your money!!

Zelle money transfers happen instantly so the recipient can claim the funds immediately. This is great for transferring funds to family and trusted individuals. Not so good for transferring money to unknown, remote persons. Zelle has no process for recovering funds if the deal goes south after the funds have been claimed by the recipient. This is why scammers often insist on Zelle. They claim the funds immediately, and by the time the sender figures out it's a scam, there is no recourse.

In my opinion one should only use Zelle for family and friends. Not to purchase anything from an unknown individual. Like I said live and learn
And no it’s not my money because I wouldn’t let it happen in the first place

You’ve said there was nothing wrong with Zelle, but it’s a known fact that’s how a lot of scammers want paid, and here you are saying you were scammed. Might want to think about that for a second…

Use Pay Pal. If you do not receive what you purchase , they have you covered. Roger C.

Ok I read the thread carefully.
You said that you got scammed. We didn’t
And no you don’t have to trust anyone. Especially someone you don’t know. Trust is earned, it isn’t free
