EDIT: I’m 5"10" and 172 lbs. and could lose about 6 lbs. around the middle. I wear a 40R/Medium in all my clothes. My Bob Allen winter coat is a Medium and it fits well. The sleeves on this jacket are long on me and the shoulder pad bunches up so I couldn't shoot with it. The tag shows Large so I would say in the 42 range.
