What percentage of the Scholastic Clay Target Program shooters reapply as ATA members once there out of school? Been giving the club away for what? have them show back up when they are fifty? Thats the number I what to see.
I don’t have that information, I wasn’t saying anything positive or negative about the SCTP, just saying that the SCTP would bring the average down.
How has the SCTP success 'giving the club away'. There are a lot of clubs and some State Associations that have become very healthy due to the SCTP shooters.
Giving the club away might have been a little strong --I do believe in helping the young shooter --For 100 years our club gave kid a 50% discount on birds -Always a club member bringing one of their kids to interduce them to our shooting sport. Now We have 100 plus nonmember kids showing up weekly. Membership hasn't changed. Schools are shopping around looking for the clubs with the best prices. Youth shooters are an investment, but will we be around to see that return on our investment.
58-year-old to 70-year-old I am 82 wish I could handle my Perazzi TM-1 w/Zahn Release.Have not been to a Trapshoot since Randy was Alive and I never got to see him, Things should have been Different and settled out of Court. And HOF Never Touched, Now the OSTA needs to do a complete Rescind of what was done w/o approval in the first place, the people that did things were only in office for a year and w/o knowledge.
