Perazzi TMXL (Lusso), SPF

Clean 32" TMXL (Lusso) lovingly named "Good Times." My understanding is this TMXL is 1 of 14 made via collaboration of Jaquas and John's Trap Guns in the 90s.

Fixed choke (working on acquiring measurements), no porting, solid lockup, 4-way comb, screw-in forend weight system (I only have the weight pictured) and gracoil recoil reduction and adjustable LOP system.

Brand new springs, firing pin and lockup work by Don X in March. Leaf spring, pull trigger

The receiver is in fantastic condition. I recently had the finish maintained by Jim Eyster (paperwork available if desired). Bluing on the barrel is also in great shape. I've included 2 photos of notable blemishes.

I've uploaded high resolution images so you can easily zoom and identify the typical handling marks on the stock. Most are simple blemishes of the top coat. More than happy to provide additional details and photos as requested.

CORRECTION: This Graco unit does NOT have an adjustable LOP. The gun fit me and I never adjusted the unit. The tension can be adjusted. LOP is 14.5"

The wood is at 12 5/8" (pic attached)

The included recoil pad is 1 inch. So you'd be at 13 5/8" without purchasing a different recoil pad.

 

A now deceased trap shooting buddy had a TMX Lusso. Truly a beautiful firearm. After his passing it went to a shooter in the Detroit area.

Could this beauty be changed to a release trigger?

 

All TM series guns can be changed to a release.

Phillips Gunsmithing charges $400.00 to convert a pull to a release.

As you can sometimes pickup an entire release trigger group for a TM gun used for $500.00 that may be a better way to go and save the pull trigger for when you sell the gun.

 

I have a pull trigger if that would help you to buy this gun

O'boy! You sure have me thinking. I didn't think I would be looking at another gun at my age. I live in Erie Pa area so could do a ftf. Got to do some thinking and praying about it. Please sell it before I go into the deep end again.
