I'll just copy and paste what I had to post on another thread that had the "First I'll Take It" caveat. Or the first guy to send you a PM. That " The first I'll take it" can get you in a jackpot. Seen it before. That's why we don't require it on this site. Past history, a member sent a PM to buy the item. The seller didn't see it. Another member did the "I'll take it" and the seller sold it to him. The PM sender, who sent the message before the " I'll take it" was posted was jerked that he lost out.
