Might be there a bit earlier than that. I will be setting up trailer by myself. Wife will be coming down after she gets off work

so much for jeff and his mystery buddy. im not going to hold my breath on him coming anymore. actions speak louder than words. i thank him for his previous support and wish him and his family well, on his future endeavors.

no need for a campfire, neighbors car burnt to the ground in the entrance to the farm!

 

we got pre storm rain at 9am sat.
the big storm hit 4pm, right when we would have had the annie oakley and shoot off sat. marble size hail, winds and heavy rain. tornado passed north of us down 76 towards willow springs. all is now calm at 6pm. roads.....are a mud hole. good news. all my work is done and all my cars are in barns and theres no need to drive them. we can give them a day to dry out. thank you all for your cooperation to shoot a day early and leave before the big storm.

 

What a great shoot. What a great & fun event. Targets are great & good scores all around. I'll be back for the October 21st shoot.

in the meantime, i installed my new mailbox and took down the one that melted in the fire.
your hat purchase covered that!!

for those wondering, colo-bob bought the last vcpf hat in inventory. i bought 20 10 years ago, and it took 10 years to sell all of them. wasnt worth the investment!! no more hats. those that have them have collectibles!
