Browning was early on the scene to make a dedicated Sporting Clays shotgun. Around 1989 they introduced the GTI Model. Built on the bulletproof Citori action, they featured a wider rib, a heavier stock compared to their field models and standard invector chokes. GTI lettering in red was on the sides of the receiver. This quickly evolved into The second GTI model that now had the larger, longer invector plus chokes and a more durable gold lettering on the receiver. This is the gun we have here for sale. It’s in nice condition with excellent metal, bores and mechanics. The stock and forearm are very good with some slight wear from use over the last 30 years. It comes with both flush mount chokes and 3 Briley extended tubes. The gun is tight with toplever to the right. It comes in a decent luggage case. The LOP is 14 1/8 inches with the trigger in the rear position (it’s adjustable). A great gun that could be used for all the clay target disciplines or in the field. I think it’s a great value at $1495 and I’ll pay shipping and insurance to the lower 48.
There are 4 flush invector plus chokes—2 improved cylinder, an improved modified and a full. The 3 extended Brileys are cylinder, skeet 1 and improved cylinder.
