Bought a nice 3200 Trap for my son but he decided to go with a Remington 1100 Sporting Clays instead so this is up for grabs. 30" barrels are factory original and Full / Full choked. Told that triggers were adjusted and balanced by Roman, I shoot a release so means nothing to me outside of they are crisp and smooth, I still flinch ha. LOP is 14.5" and Factory Up Dates have all been done. It comes in a nice Browning style hard case with locks and keys. This gun is pretty much neutral cast as many older Remington's were and fits everyone. The wood is beautiful and has a 4-way adjustable comb already installed. I didn't see any cracks anywhere in stock or forend and it is ready to shoot! I'm asking $1650 plus shipping in the hard case to your FFL. PM me any questions or concerns and I will answer all as they come in, Happy Holidays and Good Shooting... Don
Interested and have offer in mind. Please PM me and I can give you my phone numbers. Edited by a Moderator so you didn't get any "unwanted" calls.
You know what we need on this site? A PM option so people don't have to put their phone numbers out there so other people can see them and maybe get the poor guy on some cold call list to try and sell them some life insurance or a car warranty. Or maybe try and sell them a gun they don't own. That would be a nice option Edit: Son of a gun, I checked and we DO have a PM option
So I should have just let it go and he can take his chances? Don't think so. We all get enough spam calls PM's are there for a reason. Thanks
Thank you Flyersarebest !! You’re trying to save them from a possible scammer getting their private info. Look at all the scammers recently trolling the site trying to rip you off. They’re getting very good at it.
All it takes is one jagoff (it's a Pittsburgh term lol) to get your number or email and before you know it a hundred of them have it. If I had just $1.00 for every junk call or email I have gotten in the last 6 months I could buy a nice used TM1. Thanks
Flyersarebest is doing his job protecting us from ourselves at times, the add states send a PM and all sent so far or requested have been answered. Happy Holidays, Thanks.
I thank all helping me with this. For whatever reason, I have not received a reply. Still interested.
sent you (2) PM messages so far and you have not replied to my PM's. Go to inbox at top right of page, click on it and you will then get PM's sent Don
Good question, some are marked Trap, some not. The barrels are choked Full / Full which would be considered trap chokes and it shoots a higher pattern that a field gun also a benefit shooting Trap. Some people have choke tubes installed at places like Brileys and with an adjustable comb use it for Skeet, Sporting Clays and or Trap. As this one comes from the factory set up to shoot Trap, that is what it was born to do and they do it very well!
I worked at Remington back in the days when it was still a family owned business. Remington, as other gun companies had to come up with features / changes to make their products more desirable then competition thus Remington offered the 3200 Competition Trap in 30" and 32" barrels and what made it different was the wood and Competition engraved on the sides, the receiver metal and all parts including the barrels were all identical. If you look at the 870 WingMaster pump you'll see the same thing, a standard version, a TB grade and a TC grade, all based on the wood. They also added for several years a Tournament Grade, yep just to promote business and make a better profit. All PM's now responded to...
Looks like a very nice gun. Question the full/full barrels, for a gun marked trap.I have a special trap with IM/Full barrels.I think that is standard on a trap model. Full/Full would be more of a field model.
Since it looks like this sale is complete I will add a little info to help any future buyers of the model 3200 From the 1975 Remington catalog. The MC stands for Monte Carlo stock 3200 Trap 30" F/F....... ....#3215 30" F/F, MC....#3221 3200 Special Trap 30" F/F............#3227 30" F/F, MC.....#3233
My 3200 Special Trap was made in 1973. It is an IM/F I think that combo,is the norm for there trap/special trap models
Most of them were choked that way. The three I shot over the years were but I also shot with 2 guys and both had F/F
