Pat Trap problem

Any help would be appreciated .. Oscillating to right fine but will hang up when it gets to the left. Really makes a noise. Thanks

 

I have one that does this, flip the switch to manual and move it to the right. Release switch has to be on, after you move it to the right put back on auto and it should be fine. Mine does it if you don’t let it run a few minutes before turning it on release.

 

Also check fluid level

 

When you check the fluid level, be sure that the oil pickup filter in the tank is clean. One of ours did this until I cleaned the screen.

Check the micro switch on the left side. It is going past the switch and dead heading the pump.

 

Never turn machine off when it is all the way left
