A marine Lt. Col is the picture of a real officer who looks out for his men, even though he might get screwed out of his retirement. Lt Col Swiller is a marine's marine !!!! But, if the corp dumps him, a Governor with a real set of balls could commission him in his states national guard, & it could secure his retirement-he needs 2 more years to reach 20
