You are going to see a push for a federal police force. Local control is not permissible in the Democrat ideology.
Federal police is what they are pushing for with defund police, removing their immunity on duty and the increase of violence Their claim is the federal government needs to protect the citizens so they have to develop a federal police force in order to protect us. It is all in their great plan to socialize this country.
No bobski it is not. The National Guard is not controlled by the Feds it is under state control Look back at history of Germany in mid to late 30's and see how many similarities there are to our time in the US.

point is power can be abused. and with all the tools and equipment in place, it can be very easily manipulated into being used for what someone else wants. allow this analogy, a driver is driving a truck to the mountains. someone pulls the driver out and drives the truck to the city. the focus is the truck and its destination. change out the leadership, and the truck does what the driver says. just something to ponder.
