What are you doing to celebrate Juneteenth

I'm doing nothing-- the only people who benefit from this is gov't workers who now get another paid day off.

The real holiday should have been a Wll--victory day, if we didn't win Wll, the USA wouldn't exist & I would have been cremated a long time ago

Yep...Federal workers now get 44 paid holidays a year!!!!!

 

I am doing the same thing I do on MLK day, work, so I can pay for the government workers paid day.

 

Been kind of lazy few days here since the heat has kicked in. Probably will grill up some kabobs and binge watch Prime movies.

 

i ignore things that dont apply to me.
its ok not be involved with all the world has to offer.
as an american i can pick and choose what i celebrate.
its when the nation tries to force feed me things i refuse to recognize as important, that i become irritated.

 

I will probably do the same thing that I did on Mayteenth and will do it again on Julyteenth and the other 11 teenths this year
