Looks like those guys that bought all they could find a few months ago at $75.00 a flat weren't that crazy after all.

Stopped by a LGS today to check on something else.
On the way out I noticed they had Nitros and AAs
The Nitros were marked at $23.00 per box of 25
AAs were at $18.00 per 25
I guess that’s why they still had them....
I just kept walking......

 

At $23.00 / box + easy targets, how can anyone win any big money?

If you go to Federals website you can order Top Guns direct. $10.99+shipping a box and show available in most SKU's. At the Keystone Open, Pat Geiser was $70 for TG,GC and $95 for Grands.

 

I ordered two of their flats last week. Won't ship for another two weeks......

Ollie where can you win a pewter plate anymore? More apt to be a plastic dodad that no one has found a purpose for yet.

whats strange is hunters don't flinch at prices like that for hunting rounds normally. wonder what they are paying for that steel shot max everything hunting loads now!

 

For that price they should have to eat them.

Sitting in my Garage , been Hemified, must of been built on the 7 th day ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

 

The Hemi God at ssandafx in New River, Az built this 472 Hemi ... The Aluminum Stage IV heads cost more than the car when the car was brand new, plus the valves , rockers, Ross pistons, steel crank, 10 quart oil pan, Machined HiPo aluminum intake ... Estimated HP =600, enough torque to pull stumps ... This BISQUIK ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

 

I paid $11 a box for those at Academy the other day. This will all get better. Now is not the time to hoard but when reasonable priced ammo shows up again and shells are plentiful THEN buy enough for a year.
