southblue,I use a KITCHEN SCALE my wife bought me at WAL-MART . I have a friend that has a very EXPENSIVE powder scale and this 14.98 kitchen scale weighs EXACTLY the same . !!!!!!!!!! Joe
Thanks Joe I have a friend that bought a scale at walmart also but it don't weigh grains Can U give me the kind and other info to find the right scale that U have SJB
Plenty of digital reloading scales on Amazon . Just type in digital reloading scale . 15.00 on up I got a Maxus . Works great . Weighs down to grains. Very accurate.
I use a Frankford Arenal DS-75 and you can find them on Amazon for ~ $30.00 It's a very nice little scale for the money, accurate and reliable with over 3K positive reviews. I still use a RCBS balance to occasionally double check or use a know check weight and the DS-75 has always been accurate.
southjblue,I was MISTAKEN,the scale I mentioned DOES NOT WEIGH in grains . I apologize for my post . Joe
Try the electronic scales at Pampered chef -mine has several options -Lbs, oz's, and grams-cost was 28$ at the time they had a sale going -Plus the sky's the limit on ebay , they have several that weigh the same as mine ,alot of them between $22 to mid-$30's
