Same BS different day. Hurting site.

I have watched for several days and it seems: same group attacking others and other site like the other site supposedly did . We love you as long as you think like we do other than that leave. If you haven't shot for a 100 yrs and were a national champ then shut up you are not entitled to an opinion about anything or anyone. Continual bitching about old targets 2/3 hole, 1200 fps. Self appointed attack dogs.

Do you really think people came for more of the same old BS by the same people. Personally I don't care what Brad or LS thinks about times gone by, this is the present.

This is a new site how about a new attitude and some new topics.

Thank You Dyna you are exactly right, WHO CARES, I go to both and enjoy them both. There are good ppl on TS and good ppl on here.
I gave up he said she said and name calling back in grade school. I hear of ppl having an ignore list, I don't need one, I read what interest me
and by-pass the rest. Ya know words has never sent me to a Dr. or put me in the hospital yet.

You have a select few on TS that seams to be worried about what is going on here and a select few on here worried about TS. WE need to be worried
about our sport of shooting and how to make it grow and not decline like it has been for years. I hope and want this site to grow, we need all the
help we can get to make our sport grow again. Rick

 

Bashshmn, You make my point. I want trapshooting to get back to what it was when I started shooting 40 years ago, it is going in the wrong direction and not because of any web site. The ATA EC has screwed up registered trap shooting to the point it is today. Starting about the time Neil Winston came on the scene bringing, radar guns, protractors, 2 whole, 38 yard doubles, 44 yard singles, 2 yards off (not the one time only but twice) the EC's have did nothing but make the sport worse off.

More things on my list: satellite grands all over the place, telephonic zone shoots, ( a telephonic trap shoot is like last week ends Green Bay vs Dallas game being played in two places, is the weather the same everywhere?] The ATA has 30% as many shooters as the 80's and over 300% more All Americans. How can cheapening the AA title be good for the sport. I could rattle on and on but I'm going to go watch some ESPN, You all did hear that an OHIO team won a football game last night and it was played on the same field, although Oregon probably wished it had been phoned in, they wouldn't be as sore today. I like reading a different opinion on trapshooting. If I don't agree with it fine, I don't agree, but I do listen. I think we all should listen and if you don't like it don't read anymore. If you want to comment do so in a pleasant manner. Remember you are not the only one on here.

 

DYNA mnagement isn't going to change it, the members must.

Ken Cerny your from Wisconsin and if VIC had a say and it would have been followed, there never would have been target changes or shell changes, He liked the sport to be competitive and if you knew Vic you would know that.

Gary, I feel if things are left the way things were I would still shoot and enjoy it. I'm just and average guy that shoots a good score once in awhile but I keep coming back for more. Yes Vic was very opinionated and he would let you know it. I also know that you are very opinionated and I applaud you for that and enjoy your opinions and you do, do them in a pleasant manner. I may not always agree with you but I respect you. I do however enjoy a good debate.
