Tom the friendly fellow at Morgan Optical has a torn bicep. Get well wishes to him. He sent me pictures of the mangled arm. Surgery coming soon. It will need re-attached. Speedy recovery Tom.

The story isn’t clear but it sounds like he was lifting the tonneau cover on his big pickup and the snow shifted. The story will get better I am sure.
Lose weight. Work out 4 days a week. 4 sets of 8 bicep curls standing. On off days, 2 sets of 10 seated bicep curls light weight. You're out of shape. Be a while now before you can workout. Do rehab, do not miss it. Good luck
