Someone with some knowledge of the Hangers,Please help to explain. Im trying a 30 inch barrel with a adjustable rib on it, low rib but is adjustable. The hanger that is on the barrels now is a 6 which I presume is making the top barrel shoot flater than say a 4. The bottom barrel does not change no matter what, Am I right or wrong. The bottom barrel is fixed so the hanger does the movement on the top barrel up and down. SO, Heres where my brain starts hurting. The rib adjustment will change what. Bringing it down will make the gun shoot higher? Raising the rib will make it shoot flatter, Just want some advice. Thanks.

The Kolar hanger is made primarily to raise or lower the bottom barrel. They are numbered 1 thru 12 the smaller the # normally raises the impact of the lower barrel the greater the number lowers the bottom barrel. With the adjustable rib set at 50-50 the top and bottom barrel with the # 6 hanger should produce a 50-50 point of impact from both barrels.Hope this helps best regards Harold.

To add to Harold's comment, set your top barrel POI where you want, then you adjust the lower barrel POI with the different hangers. Everyone has their own preference depending on what your primary barrel usage will be. On the Kolar's, there's a mid-barrel hanger which can be used to adjust the top barrel POI, but I'd call Kolar, before you start playing with that!

Kolar has a you tube video explaining how the hangers and mid-barrel hangers change the POI
