    I measured it lying flat at 32 inches it will be shorter when on hard to tell I will get someone to try it on and measure again. It is not really that long maybe 3 to 4 inches at best.

    I don’t think it was made by Tony, but made by his brother who passed from pancreatic cancer back in about 92-93. Top quality vest. As good as it gets.
