I think I bought one of those signs many years ago but haven't a clue where I put it.

Mr. Elliott was quite the inventor. Many people know about his hearing protectors
    .

    Mr. J. A. R. Elliott:

    My dear Sir:

I consider your invention to lessen the shock of loud noises

or overwhelming vibrations of sound a source of great comfort.

The Elliott perfect ear protector is a great success in affording

protection from concussion to a sensitive ear. As a shock absorber

    it is invaluable.

    Very Sincerely,

    John Philip Sousa
