Do it really make a difference? Maybe you should contact Bunker Hill and ask them when they knew... you might have a better chance of getting an answer.

The way I read the email from Ned Meyer dated 12/24/15, that they gave the IDNR a deadline of 3/15/16 before they would move on to plan B. Also in Gipson's email dated the same day, seven minutes later specifically says that was the reason the ATA included June in the MOU.

 

Seems to be doubt. ISTA had already voted. "No doubt? jmho

 

I don't know, I can only go by what I read. My opinion would be the ISTA voted prior, for a contingency plan, and someone found out, and got upset, because they weren't fully informed it was only a contingency plan.

 

So there is no doubt the SCTP and U S Open will be at the WSRC this year. Someone better call the CC and tell them to put the heavy equipment away.

Also then why did they think it necessary to discuss who owned the copyrights to the name. Cause there was no doubt? Too many sheep in this org.

Wonder what was said at the shot show?

To me Ned is doing his job. It is the state orgs that schedule and approve the shoots. Group breaking the rules would be WSRC bunch. It is about the WSRC. Not the trapshooters.

 

Still wondering if these guys had doubts about whether the U S Open was leaving. Still think they were honest when they said.:

Please be assured that there is no doubt that the grand American and other shoots scheduled for June, July, August, will take place at the shooting complex.

No doubt? None. Then please explain the highlighted area in the document below written by Gipson:

Does not sound like the ISTA is a shoot thief after all. You guys decide.

If WRSC is closed, broke the lease agreements why would any tenants loose any money, other than due to the financial status of the State of Illinois Financial position, Caution do not pay forward on any leases, give them an MOU you will pay when WRSC Opens
