28ga need wad for the old AA hull

    Used up all my pt28 wads no longer available using unique tried the 1034 pink wad shot spills over. Skeeter88

    The older hulls are indeed tapered....this is the proper wad for them.....CB 1034-28 28GA 3/4OZ WADS CBWAA28 REPLACEMENT
    I remember the pink for the cf hulls and the red is for the     HS hull
    Unique is probably a bit too bulky for the load, I've been using longshot for a couple years, much denser powder, stack height works well

    What NoWill says or another powder is HS6.

    Hodgdon does not list Win 572 in a 28ga CF hull.

    That is strange? I have loaded thousands with the CB replacement wad and Unique. 13 grains

    Add wad pressure, there is no reason for a stack height issue with that load.
