Remington 3200 ?

A shooter I know showed up with a Remington 3200 Competition, with a great rollover left hand stock & a Morgan adjustable pad

He can not select barrels, the gun is set for bottom first, is this normal on a 3200?

 

It can be “normal” the m3200 trap came with a safety/selector lever that could be removed and the attachment screw is then used to lock the safety/selector system in place eliminate the safety function and to fire the desired barrel first at all times. Quickly and easily converted back if the parts are available.
