Competition Rem 1100 Std Wt 20ga with elevated rib, fixed Skt Chk, 60/40

Remington's first 20ga 1100 was built on a 12 ga frame and this particular gun was manufactured in the late 70s early 80s to the best of my knowledge. I'm the second owner and bought it from a friend that has since died. I had it for awhile and one day I was shooting with a friend of mine that had the new Remington Competition Model with the adjustable Carbon Fiber stock and forearm. I realized that that 12 ga stock and forearm would fit my Std 20 ga 1100. I ordered the stock set from Remington and sent the barrel to Keen Sights in Ca. to have them install an elevated rib to shoot 60/40 with the beads stacked. That was a few years ago and I have not shot much since then. This is a unique gun and will shoot as good as you can shoot.

I can't believe nobody has bought this gun!

 

Off market. I have decided to keep it.

 

I have decided to put it back on the market at a reduced price of 1075.00 shipped to CONUS. This is a unique gun set up for skeet. I plan to list it on other sites so if you are interested message me.

 

If not gone in a week I am going to part it out.

 

I hope you don't have to for your sake... but if you do end up parting out, I'd be interested in the stock set.
And speaking as someone who shoots the 1100 Competition in 12 ga, I can agree and attest to what @Reyper said: a 20 ga 1100 w/ the Auto Buster stock must be amazingly soft-shooting. My 12 is the softest I've ever known.
