Checked the bore .744 and .19 constriction choke. Never checked this before; appears some one backbored the barrel and opened the choke.
Gramps, this is what I found on internet. (Note that the measurements of chokes are based on differences. For example, a 12-gauge skeet choke is 0.005 in. (.725 in.) tighter than a cylinder bore (.730 in.) )Wouldn't that make it a skeet choke ?
The bore is .744 an the choke is .725. Subtract the choke .725 from the bore .744 and that makes the choke .019 and that is Modified. Thought I was right the first time, finally found the directions and now it's official. Have to laugh at myself for the error. Thanks.
