st100

any real nice browning st100 you might sell?

 

How many of these have you owned in the past? I have only had one. Nick

 

in th past i have owned two. i would like to find another nice one.

I shot one once. I really liked it. My buddy bought it before I had a chance to buy it. However it turned out to be good for me. The gun needed an overhaul by Browning, but they wouldn't touch it because the owner had screw in chokes installed by a vendor. I was the receiver that needed overhauled, not the barrels, but Browning did not care.

 

I just picked up what I thought was a SS BT99, As I looked it up its a 2007 Laminate nickel plated , shot show special. I think, all looks like a SS, but I guess its nickel plated, the only way to tell, the SS models have a blued rib on top of the barrel, this barrel/and rib both ss color. trying to find out more about the gun. Its like brand new, fellow told me he won it. I shot it for first time the other day shot a 23 first round felt good. Im pleased

 

Neat story. What does it have to do with Bo looking to buy a ST100?

 

Bo, Pat's Gun Repair is advertising one @ 80/85%. Sounds like it might be a little rough.

 

I originally thought it was a SS model, but its a Nickel plated model, as he said BT99 also, ok is that enough info for you?

browning 1979 to 1981.

 

An ST100 is an O/U, not a single barrel. They originally were made for International Skeet. I don't know if there was a Trap version. Really nice gun.

those guns are 40 years old . be tough to find a good one .

 

Bo, Doug Gray does have a nice one! $3795. About 14 1/2" with a pad of about 1 1/4" thick. I think it was .027 & .031.
