Evidently the IDNR did not get the word.

They "rendered the MOU void" so the Kool Aid Crew would not have to see them look even more foolish "after the 15th".

 

The 15th (04-15-16) is the day they can negotiate (START) so then it will take time to put the deal together and on paper and get any and all to accept the terms of any given agreement they come up with ... This is not something that gets done at the drop of a dime or without taking everything into consideration before moving forward ... The MOU's were deemed more or less worthless pieces of paper that were supposed to appease everyone concerned and involved ... If this has not been in the works all along I don't think there will be anything that can be done without it taking some time, State Governments just do not work that way ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

 

There will be no negotiation. The Ata will fold and pay whatever it cost. Rick

 

It will take time (long time) to write the lease and to get all the muckidy mucks that need to sign it sign it.

 

ATA is known for signing a blank Legal Document, especially ones w/o a bid

 

I think you guys are missing things here. The ATA is saying they have a lease agreement. The original lease. It puts the ball in the hands of Illinois. As User-1 said so they dont look quite so bad in front of the Kool aiders.

Ahhh the story gets deeeper. Pre-empting Illinois not wanting to negotiate these goofs are saying we dont need to negotiate either.

The State of Illinois is not going to operate the WSRC under the terms of the other (original) agreement, they cannot afford to so the ATA or any CO Sponsors will pay a lot of money to take over the facility ... The (any ) cost should be passed on to the attendees and not lumped together for whats left of the ATA membership to assume so there can be a grand ... What happens next year and or the year after that as the place deteriorates before your very eyes and the cost keeps on going up ..? Nope, it's a loser, and so is anyone and every one who gets involved in or with it ... Let it die and be done with it, time to move on ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

If you don't like the way the organization is run do something about it. Words don't work. Impeach or start your own organization and see how you can run it. The world was better before the open forum idea.

If you don't like the way the organization is run do something about it. At least do something about it that does not involve informing the membership. Do it in a backroom or something.

Words don't work. - I repeat...do not discuss this with anyone. Let's keep it a secret. That is how things work best around here.

Impeach or start your own organization and see how you can run it- It is the whole organizations fault. Glad we got your permission to impeach a few in the organization. That ship is in port. Investigations are happening. Welcome to the party.

There is no doubt your first comment is 100% accurate , same with the second comment ...

Bad decisions do not get better unless there are changes made to turn them into good decisions ...

Words are the only legal ammo we can use ...

The organization was not this way before so it needs a Major rebuilding and the trash has to be taken out AND REMOVED FOR GOOD ...

The way the ATA iS structured there is no way any one with integrity and honor can get to be a part of it to initiate the changes needed for the betterment of the organization for all members, not just the ED, EC, and some of the BOD ... There have been people who were taken in to be a part of it and they got removed before they could do any good (Think Doc Rively, Paul Shaw, Jim Thompson) to name a few ...

If you think all is well, you are part of the problem and on the wrong site ... Truth is spoken here and sometimes the truth hurts ...

If you truly are sick of reading these stupid posts (as you say), I would suggest you not read them or open the thread ( no more problem ) ... In the mean time have a really nice day ... WPT ... (YAC) ...
