Even my sources confused me with this one. Glock good or Glock bad?

JEEEEEEEEZ, Unless this guy Conley was waving his Glock around WTH does gibson care if he was "in attendance"?

I love the "crash OUR event" line.

Glock could be a typo. It could be code or a metaphor for something else.

NAW, you can see the word "image" on that memo so gibson must have sent a picture along so this guy Larry could recognize the "crasher" from a line up.

I got a bad feeling that the picture just might be a poster on this site. Now, who do you think would be the LAST person gibson would want to have crash HIS event?

It took the "ATA" over a century to have a "net worth" equal to one months "sales" for "Glock".

If they are going to "piss-off" someone in the "Gun Industry", they may want to find someone lower in the chain.

Now, that is FUNNY ... Gipson would be much better off to stay out of things that do not concern him and are none of his business, he is not in a position to make any demands ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

Check out the 'Riff-Raff' ... "Gipson", "will", "have the Conservation Police escort them off the grounds". https://www.facebook.com/pages/Shane-Coley/464769500224715

"It's unauthorized, unacceptable and unprofessional." to have people like this attend shooting events at the PUBLIC WSRC.

Wonder if it's because he is a sponsored shooter like the ones we have in our "Amateur Sport" .

The State owns the WSRC, the ATA at most would, could, might be, probably, tentatively, more than likely , possibly be a renter or have a lease ... The WSRC is a Public State park, (open to the Public) Gipson would not have the authority to order any one removed from the facility unless the person or organization was the cause of some problems ... The ATA does not own, lease (as of now) or even have a rental agreement so Gipson best watch out who he tried to get removed or escorted off of the grounds ... Glock will buy the ATA and WSRC and ban Gipson from ever setting foot on the grounds again if they so see fit to do so ... He is letting that title go to his head , best back off ... He reminds me of the dog in the back window of my car, you stop his head goes up and down , same when you start out ... Kind of like the Neil and Bob show, not their names its what they do .... WPT ... (YAC) ...

From "tarpmaker" on a different thread .... "Will Barry Roach be at the Beagle trials or the Glock shoot."

"Glock" et al may visit 'other types' of Events to extend an open invitation to their Events .... "Gipson" feels everyone is out to "steal", "his", Shooters and Events.

The "ATA" pays people to attend "ATA" Events to "sell", "ATA memberships". One can guess that the expense would be greater than the gain. 'Others' have the right idea, while the "ATA" pays themselves to go compete at their own Events.

I Googled "Team Glock" to see if I could find the guy. Seems like a good guy to me.

    U. S. Army veteran.
Served with the Army Marksmanship Unit.
    Helps young shooters.

    Wonder what he did?

Impressive back ground , Mr Shane Coley ... Why would it bother anyone from the ATA to have a man with these credentials hanging around ..?
When I started shooting pistols, my instructor was one of the guys who shot on the U.S Pistol Team for the United State Marine Corp ... He was all business and took it very seriously being as your life depended on it ...

I am thinking the Glock people might be welcome at the Cardinal Center.

Obviously, there was a complaint to Gipson, and this is the response.

Could be, Glock set up camp without permission?

All I know is the ATA could learn from Glock and while we are at it they could also learn from USPSA on how to run a shoot.

Does Gipson sell the Glock line of guns at his business at the WSRC?

Glock has probably been invited to hold their shoots at many ranges all over the country, unlike the ATA they are not hurting for places to put on a shoot ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

No and if the ATA doesn't get off it's backside and prepare for the possibility that there may not be a Grand this year or ever if they don't get their act together.

Glock does demonstrations, competitions, and gun shows all over the world and has a schedule the ATA wishes they had ... The WSRC would be a fool to turn away any vendor or shooting venue because someone got his britches in a knot about them being present on the ground or in the area ... The ATA can't draw a crowd much less compete with the other clay target shooting associations but they try to give everyone the idea they are the Big dog in clay target shooting (NOT) , keep it up and they might demand them self out of the place for good and be replaced by the Boy Scouts of America ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

I can explain this, first you need to understand that the ATA does little to nothing to grow the sport let alone support youth shooting and they get upset when anyone else does. Makes them look bad. Just look at their own AIM youth program and how no one from the ATA leadership takes any responsibility or demonstrates any real interest in it. They can't get anyone to own it so they've delegated it to a couple of the ladies in the office. Thank you ladies for without you it would surely die.

It truly does seem that Lynn Gipson should be more concerned about more important things than worry about a man with the credentials Shane Foley has ... Shane Foley just might be the next great trap shooter All America if he would apply himself to the same degree as he does with pistol shooting ... The ATA at best is going to be a renter so doubt seriously if they have much say so about who is allowed on the grounds and who gets escorted off of the grounds by whom, doubt it will be because of Lynn Gipsons concerns unless there is an infraction of some sort registered ... The State actually retains the power to tell the ATA , Lynn Gipson, and any body else who don't like it to get the hell off of our grounds without notice ... The more I think about it the more stupid it is for Gipson to feel he has that power ... WPT ... (YAC) ...
