Lost my home town club ten years ago to a subdivision expansion -Luckily I still have eight clubs with in a hours drive - With most being two or three house clubs, open one or two days a week ,with most closing for the winter - All fighting for a dwindling market share -- Shot Sunday at Jonesdale -- A one horse, bump in the road village, with a 74 year old trap club, at the edge of the village park -- Low and behold this little two house club just added a third house to take care of the one hundred plus high school shooters coming from two of the next door towns, --All shooting in the " Wisconsin High school clay target league" spring and fall leagues --Granted those 100 extra shooters won't be life long shooters --But just to be exposed to our great sport does give me hope!
