Rios used to stick off and on in my old Browning xt but no other steel based hull stuck. My other trap guns have no problem. I have heard some K guns and Ljutic have problems.

Rio steel base 20s stick in my Briley sub-gauge skeet-tubes. So far all the other steel based hulls (Remington Gun Clubs, Remington Clay & Field, and WalMart Federals) I have used worked in the tubes.

I use RIO's in my Browning 725. Kolar & Beretta with no problems. And they reload good too.

As an old machinist, I measured the chambers of the barrels of my guns that did NOT have RIOs stick.

Then the chamber in the one gun barrel that did stick was found to be roughly .002" smaller, so I took a brake hone and honed that chamber out to the size of the others, and no more sticking problem.
