Friend needs a youth coach in MO.

I have a friend that moved to MO. a few months ago to be close to his son and family and his young grandson wants to join a Trap team.

He said he is around the St. Charles area and knowing I started shooting in the 70's asked if I knew of anyone that would be able to help his grandson. As if I could remember anything from back then. I told him I didn't remember anyone from around there but I would search around the different sites that talk about Trap shooting.

I found a guy on another site that uses a Verified Youth Coach/Director banner and was able to search the info page for his name. From there I figured I could look on the Shooters Information page and find his record of shooting. There are two people with that name from MO.

The problem is the first guy joined the ata 12 years ago, has only 6300 targets, and is on the 20.5 yrd line. AND, he hasn't even paid for this year. He shot his last target in 2016. Nothing since.

The second guy joined 11 years ago and has a whopping 1100 targets, only100 last year and zero for this year with most of his scores in the 80's average. He is on the 20.0 and he too shows UNPAID for this year. Not very impressive credentials to say the least.

I thought if I read some of his posts I would get a better idea of his ability or at least his knowledge about Trap shooting. Didn't help. In fact I got the impression that his biggest concern was how he could belittle people on this site. Now THERE is a guy I would recommend.

Turns out he is the same guy that just "Hates" the fact that the CC got the 10 year deal with the SCTP and the fact that it would make any of "US" happy. Not one word about how GREAT this years shoot was. Go figure.

Sorry, I should have added verified DIRECTOR of azzhats along with that coach title he uses. The last thing I want to do is hurt his standing with the youth shooters. Especially all the kids that will be going to the Cardinal Center for the NEXT 10 YEARS.

 

Tell him to go to gateway gun club and ask if Zach Nannini could coach him
